Cleveland, OH – Showers and storms will return to Ohio this afternoon, bringing moderate to heavy rainfall and isolated strong to severe storms. According to the US National Weather Service in Cleveland, repeated rounds of heavy rain across the region could allow for isolated instances of flooding, especially in typically flood-prone areas such as urban, low-lying, and poor drainage areas.
