Shamokin, Pa. — The new mobile food pantry of Central Susquehanna Opportunities (CSO) has received a $10,000 donation from M&T Bank.

The contribution will enable CSO to extend its reach, delivering healthy foods to underserved communities where access to nutritious meals is limited.

The Mobile Food Pantry is designed to tackle food insecurity by bringing essential food supplies directly to neighborhoods in need. With many families continuing to face the challenges of food insecurity, this financial support from M&T Bank is vital to meeting the growing demand for assistance.

"M&T continues to be a valued supporter of CSO's mission," said Megan Bair, CEO for CSO. “This financial support allows CSO to meet the increased need while also providing access to other CSO programs and community resources."

Through the support of partners like M&T Bank, CSO remains committed to its mission of serving the community, providing not only immediate relief but also long-term solutions to food insecurity and other social challenges.
