Glens Falls Police investigating two e-bike crashes. Glens Falls Police are investigating two crashes this week involving e-bikes. On July 23, an e-bike and SUV crashed at the intersection of Bay Street and Sanford Street just before 2:15 p.m., police said. The e-bike operator had serious injuries and was taken to Glens Falls Hospital and later Albany Medical Center. The victim’s condition is stable.

SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Spa City will soon be adding a new attraction: a professional basketball team called the Saratoga Racers. The Racers will be part of the American Basketball Association (ABA), a re-launched version of the legendary 1970s league that once featured stars such as “Dr. J” Julius Erving and Moses Malone.
