OTTAWA COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened Saturday morning at a Minneapolis park. The KBI said that at 8:30 a.m. the manager of the Minneapolis Swimming Pool heart three gunshots at Markley Grove Park.
