--The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday morning at 5:59am their office received a report of a motorcycle accident with injuries on Partridge Road south of 153rd Street, approximately four miles east of Pierz, MN, in Hillman Township. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the driver of the motorcycle, 33-year-old Cody Keeler of Oak Park was traveling north on Partridge Road when he struck a deer with his motorcycle. Keeler was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital with unknown injuries. Keeler was not wearing a helmet.
St. Cloud Man Declared Incompetent to Stand Trial in Arson Cases, Substance Use Treatment Ordered
(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man charged in two separate arson cases this year will not have to stand trial. James John Arthur Lund was found incompetent after failing a Rule 20 examination. The results were released on Friday. Lund was also charged with possessing illegal narcotics. He is undergoing substance use treatment supervised by the county.
