Collierville experiencing utility reading errors
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Collierville officials said they have discovered issued with utility meter readings which may result in higher bills for customers. " A new employee responsible for reading meters either did not perform the readings or recorded inaccurate data," Collierville officials said in a release. "This problem began in May, and initially, the employee received further training. The readings continued to be incorrect throughout June, and as of July 11th, the individual is no longer employed with the Town."
