Worthington's American Legion baseball team is seeded eighth in the eight-team Substate Tournament that begins next Wednesday in New Ulm. Post 5 will take on the No. 1-seeded Mankato American team at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Mueller Park. Other first-round games Wednesday include third-seeded Marshall against No. 6 Waseca at 3:30 p.m. at Mueller Park, the No. 2 seed Mankato National team facing No. 7 Northfield at 4:30 p.m. at Johnson Park and fourth-seeded New Prague against fifth-seeded New Ulm at 7 p.m. at Johnson Park.
