DIANA- A local North Country resident is accused of endangering the welfare of a child in Lewis County, authorities say. Dillon J. UTICA — A vehicle was struck with gunfire multiple times on Stark Street on Wednesday, according to the Utica Police Department. Police said a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Stark Street had at least one bullet enter the truck and become embedded into the rear quarter panel. Police said they found two spent 9mm shell casings in the area.
