Shots Fired Incident Targeted Event, Leads to Four In Custody
ROME, N.Y. -- Four people were taken into custody following a shots fired incident on William Street in Rome on Friday morning and Police believe it was a targeted event. According to Rome Police, they responded to the 500 block of William Street for a report of shots fired. During the investigation patrol located several spent shell casings and a residence that had been damaged by the gunfire.
