All transactions must be initiated by the customer through the website or via phone call (initiated by the customer) Please DO NOT give any personal or identifying information to anyone over the phone. If you have any doubts about the validity of anyone that calls you claiming to be with Bossier City, please hang up and contact the Department directly at (318) 741-8757. These types of scams are becoming more common as technology evolves. Please be alert and cautious when answering unexpected calls, especially if the caller threatens to disconnect utility service or demands immediate payment. The City of Bossier City will NEVER contact citizens via phone call to collect payment information. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be a City Water Billing employee and requesting payment information hang up and immediately call the Bossier City Police Department at (318)741-8626.
