TEMPE, Ariz. – Yet again, the Belmont University women's tennis team has been awarded by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for its exceptional commitment to academics. The Bruins, who registered the highest team grade point average of any Belmont program during the spring 2024 semester, have been named an ITA All-Academic Team. Remarkably, all members of the Bruins' 2023-24 roster have been designated as ITA Scholar-Athletes.

Nick the Greek Coming to Nashville Area
Nick the Greek, a Northern California-based chain serving up authentic Greek street food, has inked three multi-unit franchise development deals across three states. Alleged neo-Nazi accused in fight on Broadway appears in court
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - An alleged neo-Nazi accused of carrying a Nazi flag and striking a downtown Nashville bar employee appeared in a Davidson County court on Thursday. Ryan McCann, 29, of Ontario, Canada, is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. McCann had his case bound over to the grand jury during his Thursday hearing.

Developer Proposes 250-Units Of Affordable Housing On W. Trinity In Nashville.
Affordable housing developer, Dominium, has submitted plans for a new affordable housing development on West Trinity Lane. The proposal comes on the heels of the developer’s most recent project, 900 At Cleveland Park, a 256-unit affordable housing development which is now leasing on Dickerson Pike. The proposed project is located on the now vacant vehicle storage lot at 865 West Trinity Lane.
