Biddeford — The Wall That Heals, a name-for-name replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., is making a special stop at Biddeford Middle School from July 18th to July 21st, 2024. This traveling memorial honors the sacrifices made by Vietnam veterans, allowing the local community to pay tribute to the 58,000 U.S. service members who lost their lives during the Vietnam War.

Kennebunkport officials say don't swim at Colony Beach due to elevated levels of bacteria
Officials are warning residents and visitors to stay out of the water at Colony Beach in Kennebunkport near the mouth of the Kennebunk River. The town says test results from Wednesday showed an elevated level of bacteria in the water. They tested again on Thursday and will have those results on Friday.
