Terri Snow was indicted this month on charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact and inducing the sexual performance of a child relating to alleged acts committed against two different victims in 2023.

Snow, 37, of Olney, was indicted Tuesday, May 11. The two charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact are related to an act which occurred Feb. 1, 2023 with one victim, while the charge of inducing the sexual performance of a child is related to an act which occurred Nov. 25, 2023 with another victim.

She was originally arrested Tuesday, Jan. 23, booked into the Young County Jail and released the following day on $75,000 bond.

She was arrested Thursday, Jan. 25 for the sexual performance of a child charge and a parole violation and held at the Wichita County Jail.

She was later transferred back to the Young County Jail where she has remained since Friday, April 5.

Her current bond for the charges out of Young County total $225,000, while she is being held without bond for her parole violation.

Her punishment was enhanced from a second degree felony to a first degree felony, due to a January 2016 felony conviction for possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 of 200 grams or more but less than 400 grams.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the Olney Police Department received notice Aug. 17, 2023 from the Texas Department of State Health Services on possible sexual abuse.

On an undisclosed date, the first victim and Snow were intoxicated while she was on the phone with her husband, Dusty Snow, who is serving three life sentences in the French Robertson Unit in Abilene for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Terri Snow called the victim into the room where she was performing sexual acts. The victim then performed sexual acts on Terri.

A forensic interview was conducted Aug. 23, 2023 at Roxanne House in San Marcos. The victim spoke about what occurred from January through February 2023.

During the interview, Terri called the victim in her bedroom where she was naked. Dusty instructed the victim on how to perform sexual acts on Terri and instructed Terri to commit sexual acts and show her “female parts” to the victim.

A grand jury subpoena was obtained through the 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and submitted to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Communications Department for recordings of the phone calls from January 2023 through March 6, 2023. The audio recordings were received Nov. 7, 2023.

On several January 2023 phone calls, multiple sexual acts were talked about between Terri and Dusty and allegedly occurred with the victim.

Based on the information and evidence presented from the phone calls, a warrant was issued for Terri’s arrest for indecency with a child by sexual contact.

OPD interviewed the second victim Feb. 21, 2024 and they stated that the relationship turned sexual with Snow two weeks before she was arrested.

The victim said Dusty talked with them by phone and brought up sexual topics. Later in the interview, the victim stated Dusty was on the phone multiple times while the sexual acts occurred with Terri.

Terri was interviewed March 1, 2024 and asked about her relationship with the victim. She stated that Dusty wanted things to happen between the victim and her and was dictating the actions by phone.
