Zach Ortwerth bulks up heading into season

When he started out last year, his first with the Iowa program, Zach Ortwerth was around 220 pound and getting pushed around. One year later, the St. Louis native is up to 240 pounds and pushing back. Ortwerth discusses adding 20 pounds to his frame and what that means for his play on the field, particularly as a blocker.

He also talks about the tight end and what he learns from Addison Ostrenga and Luke Lachey and getting his feet wet last season as a player.
