Add another name to the long list of honorary guests for the Coke Zero Sugar 400, it’s model and former pro golfer Paige Spiranac! Spiranac will be one of the Honorary Pace Car Riders and Event Officials at Daytona this NASCAR weekend.

Daytona International Speedway is going to be full of stars and athletes. Paige Spiranac is just one of the many honored guests. Olympic swimmers Bobby Finke and Caeleb Dressel will also be in attendance along with Olympic runner Parker Valby.

With Leigh Diffey on the call this weekend for NBC, it’s like we’re reliving the Olympics all over again! I’ve always said Daytona is the Paris of Florida. All joking aside, kudos to NASCAR for landing all of these big names for fans to see and to put eyes on the sport .

The Coke Zero Sugar 400 is going to be the second to last race of the regular season for the NASCAR Cup Series. In recent years, the race has been the finale, but with the Olympic break and wanting to keep Darlington on Labor Day Weekend, it was moved.

With so much at stake with two races to go, the regular season championship is up for grabs in a four-way race, the playoff bubble is about to pop – there will be a lot riding on Daytona. A surprise winner stealing a playoff spot will shake things up in a big way.

Coke Zero Sugar 400 could decide playoffs

Depending on how the race unfolds, the Coke Zero Sugar 400 is going to be just as consequential as the second-to-last race as it was as the finale. Everyone knows what is at stake in this race.

Tyler Reddick has been on a hot streak like no other. He won a Duel race at Daytona to start the season, let’s not forget that. He was also at the right place, right time and won the Talladega race earlier this year.

Reddick has finished in the top 10 in ten of the last eleven races. Seven of those finishes have been in the top-5 with one of them, Michigan, being a win. In the last seven races, Reddick has an average finish of 3.28. That’s silly numbers, honestly. Can he stay hot at Daytona?

His 23XI Racing teammate, Bubba Wallace, could use a strong run at Daytona as well. He has fought back from 51 points off the bubble at Nashville to being 1 point down now. Wallace has to avoid the big one and finish the race in the top-10 at least, to have a chance at jumping into playoff contention.

Will we see either 23XI Racing team win the Coke Zero Sugar 400?
