10 most expensive homes sold in Washtenaw County, July 8-14
A house in Ann Arbor that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Washtenaw County in the past week. In total, 102 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $454,837. The average price per square foot ended up at $270.

Lucas County Coroner Thomas Blomquist and one of his office’s former deputy coroners agreed in court testimony Thursday that a 3-year-old boy’s October, 2022, death was caused by severe head and neck trauma, but they differed on whether he was a homicide victim.
