PASSAIC − From a young age, Khameryn Oliver was always searching for ways to make a difference in her community as a member of the Girl Scouts. Sadly, she did not get to complete her latest, most ambitious project after a March car crash that claimed her life two months later.

WAYNE — Parents are holding a school superintendent's feet to the fire after he apologized for a test question that called ISIS an Islamic terror group. UTI-Bloomfield begins enrollment for new HVACR program
Universal Technical Institute-Bloomfield on Friday announced that enrollment in its new HVACR program has begun. Classes begin in September.
