Three people were shot in Jersey City between early Sunday and early Monday morning and three people were robbed at gunpoint, capping a violent weekend in the city. YONKERS, N.Y. — Redwood Realty Advisors has arranged the $2.6 million sale of an 18-unit portfolio in Yonkers. The portfolio comprises eighteen units across multiple buildings at 53 & 74-76 Glenwood Ave. Michael Scrima and Thomas Gorman of Redwood Realty Advisors represented both the buyer and seller in the deal. Route 3 eastbound remains closed following the tractor trailer crash and fire this morning in Clifton, Passaic County. Route 3 westbound reopened at 5:30 p.m., the NJDOT says. Later tonight, upon completion of the investigation and cleanup, one lane on Route 3 eastbound is expected to reopen. The three right lanes and the Valley Road ramp to Route 3 eastbound will remain closed until at least 5 a.m., Tuesday, July 23 for emergency repairs.
