Brescome Barton Hosts Wine Show in Milford
Brescome Barton hosted a spring wine show for its New Haven County accounts at Gusto Trattoria in Milford on June 3. The Wines Around the World trade tasting showcased a variety of domestic and imported fine wine selections. Suppliers, sales representatives and brand ambassadors educated trade professionals and guests on offerings from 16 different tables. Attendees learned more through two seminars held during the afternoon: the first hosted by Emily Cipollone, Northeast District Manager and Master Educator, Far Niente Winery, and the second led by Michael Murphy, Brescome Barton, which showcased wines from Italian producers Ca’ Del Bosco, Banfi, Masi, Giovanni Rosso and Lamole di Lamole Winery.

Twin toddlers released from hospital following attempted drowning in West Haven
Following more than a week of hospitalization, the two children involved in an attempted drowning have been released from the hospital, according to West Haven's mayor.
