SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Another pleasantly cool morning across Northern California and temperatures this afternoon will remain below normal as well, albeit slightly warmer that Saturday. Winds will continue to be out the southwest, pulling in that cooler air, with a few gusts in the valley up to 20 mph.
