FOLSOM, Calif. — Folsom police are looking for an at-risk elderly woman who has been missing since Thursday. Terri Liggett is described by the Folsom Police Department as a 67-year-old woman with silver hair and blue eyes, standing at about 5-foot, 1-inch tall. She was last seen in a t-shirt and black pants in the area of Green Valley Road in El Dorado County.
