Puppies Poisoned and Dumped Near Beach City
The Tuscarawas County Dog Pound reports somebody poisoned four dogs and left them to die horrible deaths in the woods near Beach City. Facility and Adoption Specialist Beth Lewis says the dog warden, responding to a call on Friday morning, found three of the dogs already dead and a fourth barely alive and suffering.
