A house in Schroeppel that sold for $385,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Oswego County between July 6 and July 26. In total, 29 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past three weeks, with an average price of $158,741. The average price per square foot ended up at $112.
