A driver is lucky to have survived after their large RV went careening off of a Colorado canyon road, landing in the river below over the weekend. According to Loveland Fire Rescue Authorities, the large RV was traveling on West Highway 34 through Big Thompson canyon on Saturday afternoon when the accident occurred. Two Colorado residents die in crash of vintage biplane in northwestern Kansas
HOXIE, Kan. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the crash of a vintage biplane in northwest Kansas that killed two Colorado residents. The 1934 WACO YKC single-engine biplane crashed into a field around 10 miles (16 kilometers) north of Hoxie in Sheridan County around 6:10 p.m. Sunday, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. The Patrol identified the pilot as David Allen, 78, of Elbert, Colorado, and the passenger as Jeanne Allen, 79. They died at the scene. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are in charge of the investigation.

Man dies after rafting accident on Green River
A 50-year-old man from Sandy, Utah has died after a rafting accident on the Green River in Dinosaur National Monument. According to the National Park Service, staff were notified of a boat pinned on a rock in the Hells Half Mile rapid around 4 p.m. on Thursday. One person was missing and suspected to be pinned under the raft. The group managed to unpin and secure the boat. However, the person was unresponsive, had lost his life jacket, and drifted downriver. ...
1 woman dead, another injured from shooting in Pueblo bar
One woman is dead and another is injured after a shooting in Pueblo Friday night, according to a social media post from the Pueblo Police Department. At about 9:35 p.m., police responded to the scene of a reported shooting at the 300 block of East Northern Avenue. Upon arrival, they found two injured adult women, one with serious injuries and one with non-life-threatening injuries. Both women were transported to local hospitals. The woman with serious injuries later died at the hospital, according to the post. This is an active and ongoing investigation. The latest National Weather Service 'hazards map' features part of Colorado. According to mapping from the forecasting service, 'heavy rain' should hit the southwest corner of the state from July 1 and July 4.
