Mrs. Chatwin has taught Advanced Placement environmental science for over a decade and has implemented exciting projects and field trips.

Pennrose, Tulsa Housing Authority to Develop $190 Million Mixed-Income Project in Tulsa, Oklahoma
TULSA, OKLA. — A public-private partnership consisting of Pennrose and the Tulsa Housing Authority will develop 36N, a $190 million mixed-income project in Tulsa. The partnership will redevelop the existing property at the site, a 271-unit community called Comanche Park Apartments, and construct an additional 274 units from the ground up. Once completed, 36N will comprise 545 apartments. The development is part of a larger revitalization initiative known as Envision Comanche.

Adley Pappan is the 17-year-old daughter of Melissa Havellana and Wade Pappan. Adley attends Sedan High School, where she will be a senior in the upcoming school year. She is involved in volleyball, basketball, softball, Lettermen’s Club, National Honor Society, and is the current Sedan Round-Up Club Queen. Adley works at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home as a CNA. She also works on her family’s ranch outside of her CNA job. In her free time, she likes roping, riding her horses, and spending time with her family. Adley hopes everyone has an amazing time at Cavalcade and is thankful for the opportunity to compete for the 78th Annual Cavalcade Queen.
Experts disagree on cause of Oklahoma’s rising rents
Housing shortages and rising rents go hand-in-hand with supply- demand economics. When supply is low and demand is high, one can reasonably assume costs will rise.
