AT&T service restored after fiber cut

UPDATE (2:40 p.m.) — AT&T phone service is restored in Green Country after a fiber cut Monday morning.

AT&T said the fiber cut affected mobility service for customers in Owasso and some of the surrounding area.

OWASSO, Okla. — AT&T is reporting phone service outages across Green Country towns.

The AT&T outage map is reporting outages in areas such as Owasso, Collinsville and Broken Arrow.

AT&T released a statement on the outage:

“We are working as quickly as possible to repair a fiber cut that is affecting mobility service for some customers in the Owasso area. We understand the importance of keeping our customers connected and appreciate their patience.”
