Motorcyclist Flown To Nashville Hospital Following Crofton Wreck
A two-vehicle crash Saturday morning near Crofton sent one person to a Nashville hospital. Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Hoffman said a van driven by 64-year-old Shelia Bussell of Crofton turned into the path of a motorcycle driven by 52-year-old Michael Roberts of Calhoun with the impact crushing his leg between the bike and the van.

A Calhoun man was flown to a Nashville hospital with a severe leg injury after a wreck on Madisonville Road in front of Crofton Elementary School Saturday morning. Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a van driven by Shelia Bussell of Crofton was northbound turning into a driveway when it was hit by a motorcycle driven by Michael Roberts that was southbound.
