HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – We are one week away from 4th of July celebrations around the Tri-State. And that means cookouts, family and fireworks!

However, there are still some restrictions within some cities in the Tri-State.

    Henderson

The city of Henderson’s ordinances say fireworks may be used between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., except on July 3 and 4, when those times change to between 10 a.m. and midnight.

Another big one is that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to set off fireworks.

If you can’t stay indoors during this US heat wave, here are a few ideas
