    'There is life worth living': Victory House opens Owensboro treatment center

    It was in October 2019 when Victor Littleton founded Victory House Transitional Living in Lexington in the hopes of helping people through their recovery journeys — something he personally experienced first-hand.

    Littleton, a military veteran who is a recovering addict himself, is a graduate of Fayette County Veterans Court and has worked in the world of recovery for five years and has been sober since July 6, 2018.
