After building a huge swell of momentum on the recruiting trail over the last two years, Ole Miss Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin was dealt a difficult hand in one fell swoop on Monday. It's not often to see a program watch three top recruits decommit at once, and it's always a bit concerning when it does.

5-star receiver Jerome Myles, 4-star receiver Dillon Alfred, and 4-star edge Corey Amos each announced their decisions to re-open their recruiting process on Monday. What does it mean for each player and the Rebels moving forward?

5-Star WR Jerome Myles Could Flip From Ole Miss to Utah

Five-star WR Jerome Myles decided to withdraw his commitment to the Rebels, a decision he originally made on April 28, opting to reopen his recruitment during his senior year at Corner Canyon High School in Utah—a school once attended by Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart. Myles shared the news of his decommitment on social media Monday afternoon.

This development follows a visit to Utah Utes, a local team, which occurred earlier in the month. After recently being awarded a fifth star by 247Sports, Myles had previously discussed his initial decision to commit to the Rebels with Ole Miss On SI before his final high school season.

"Their wide receiver development was definitely what attracted me at first," said Myles. "Then, when I went on my official visit, the community and staff were amazing. Felt like home."

The On3 recruiting prediction platform currently gives the Utah Utes an 89.1% probability of securing Myles' commitment, which could potentially impact the strength of the Rebel's recruiting class for 2025.

4-Star WR Dillon Alfred Decommits From Ole Miss

Shortly after the news broke from Amos, On3 shared a report that Dillon Alfred, a wide receiver for Ole Miss, had withdrawn his commitment from the Rebels. He had been part of Lane Kiffin's roster since April.

Ranked as the 17th top player in Alabama for the class of 2025 by 247Sports, Alfred hails originally from Gautier, Miss. He played at Gautier High School up until his junior year, ending his sophomore season with impressive statistics: 58 catches, 1,310 receiving yards, and 16 touchdowns.

His subsequent move to Saraland High School saw him continue to excel, contributing significantly to the team's success as they became the 6A football state runners-up in Alabama, with Alfred making 35 receptions for 586 yards and six touchdowns.

4-Star EDGE Corey Amos Could Flip to Tulane From Ole Miss

Corey Amos, who had declared his commitment to the Rebels back in February, is no longer committed to them as of Monday, a report from On3 suggests. Amos, a three-star recruit, has recently made a visit to Tulane Green Wave in Louisiana, where he's from.

Playing for Opelousas High School, Amos has attracted offers from prestigious programs, including Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Michigan, Missouri, Penn State, Alabama, and Miami.

Standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 200 pounds, Amos is ranked as the 30th top linebacker nationwide for the class of 2025 and the 6th top athlete from Louisiana. His significant contributions on defense were crucial in leading Opelousas to its first state championship in the recent season.
