Nick Saban's Bold 2024 Prediction For Ole Miss is Turning Heads

Nick Saban is preparing for his first season since coaching retirement by helping ESPN with its coverage of SEC Media Days.

Saban put his newfound TV analyst talents to good use on Monday, joining SEC Network for its coverage of Day 1.

Saban shared a couple 2024 predictions during his time on screen, including one for Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels.

The former Alabama head coach believes Ole Miss is in for a stellar campaign in 2024 — largely due to the program's improved talent in the trenches.

"I think this is the first time Ole Miss can really match-up up front. It's always been their issue. They'll win 11 games. They'll lose to Georgia, they'll lose to us because they can't match-up up front. They can this year. They're going to look more like an SEC team," Saban said, via Mike Rodak.

"I’d be excited if I were an Ole Miss fan. High praise," one fan replied.

Saban predicts that the Rebels' only loss of the regular season will come at the hands of the Georgia Bulldogs. Kiffin and Ole Miss will welcome Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs to Oxford for a highly-anticipated matchup on Nov. 9.

Ole Miss will kickoff its 2024 season with a matchup against Furman on Aug. 31.
