DENVER (KDVR) — A woman’s body was discovered in Archuleta County after deputies responded to a 911 open-line call.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday identified the woman as 39-year-old Crystal Snow of Pagosa Springs. Persons of interest have been identified, but no arrests have been made.

“Investigators do not believe there is any active threat to the public,” CBI said in a release.

According to CBI, the open-line 911 call was received around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday. An open-line 911 call is when the connection is open but no one speaks or responds on the other end.

Deputies responded to the 1000 block of County Road 700 (Robbers Roost Road) near Pagosa Springs. On arrival, deputies reported finding the woman, who had been “shot during an apparent homicide.”

An autopsy on Wednesday confirmed Snow’s death from gunshots. CBI said investigators believe Snow placed the call shortly before she died from her wounds.
