KSP: Hagerhill man took video of inappropriate sexual contact with minors
On May 24, a Kentucky State Police investigation led to the arrest of a Hager Hill man on charges of voyeurism and promoting the sexual performance of a minor. According to court documents, the investigation began after a concerned mother brought the man’s phone to the Johnson County Department of Social Services and presented video evidence that Jason Campbell, 45, of Industrial Park Road, Hager Hill, had non-consensually filmed himself inappropriately touching and engaging in sex acts with the woman’s 14-year-old daughter. The woman advised a DSS employee that she had discovered a “hidden folder” on the man’s phone with hundreds of images and videos of other juvenile females as well, according to the citation.
