NCTD CEO updates council on transit center development
North County Transit District CEO Shawn Donaghy updated Escondido City Council about the planned redevelopment of the Escondido NCTD Transit Center at the July 17 meeting. Donaghy, who joined NCTD earlier this year, talked about where NCTD is going—especially upcoming projects.
