According to CNBC4 LOS ANGELES, Michelle Mack described as the mastermind behind a nationwide retail crime syndicate has been sentenced to five years and four months in a California state prison. This decision was made by a San Diego County Superior Court judge following guilty pleas from Michelle and her husband Kenneth, for charges related to organized retail theft and felony conspiracy. Kenneth, already serving time, will be released after one year and will be placed on probation and community service. Michelle’s sentence will commence after her husband’s release with conditions that allow her to care for their children but include strict prohibitions on leaving the state or approaching Ulta and Sephora stores.
