Road closure Tuesday to impact motorists heading westbound over Royal Park Bridge

Motorists heading westbound across the Royal Park Bridge Tuesday should expect a full road closure on Lakeview Avenue between Olive Avenue and Dixie Highway, the town announced in an alert Monday.

That section of road will be closed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. due to maintenance work on the One City Plaza building at 801 S. Olive Ave.

Traffic will be detoured north on Olive Avenue to Hibiscus Street, west to Quadrille Boulevard, and south back to Lakeview Avenue, the town said. Signs and law enforcement will assist with detours and traffic control.

Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the area.
