Teams of cancer survivors compete at the Cooper River Park Dragon Boat Regatta
CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) -- On Saturday, 54 teams competed at the eighth annual Cooper River Park Dragon Boat Regatta. Raymond Potter, longtime officer with the Springfield Township Police Department, passed away peacefully at his Oreland home on Thursday, July 25. He was 78 years old.
