Summer Craft Drop-In Crafts at Hamilton Township Public Library Continue on Monday
HAMILTON, NJ - The Hamilton Township Public Library’s Summer Craft series continues this week.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER Children ages 5 and over are invited to “drop in” to participate in the fun. On Monday, July 29, children will make an adventure journal and treasure pouch. On Tuesday, August 6, children will have the chance to make a tambourine and handprint rainbow. Trenton Announces City Wide Cleanup through August
Starting in August, the city of Trenton will initiate its City Wide Cleanup. The Cleanup will be done by ward on Saturdays; starting with the South Ward on Aug. 3, the North Ward on Aug. 10, the East Ward on Aug. 17, and the West Ward on Aug. 24. Removal will consist of yard waste and furniture. Please DO NOT leave construction debris, home renovation debris, chemicals, televisions, electronic devices, or unbundled wood/branches over 4ft long. Residents should place items on the curb by 7:00 a.m.

Pablo Hernandez Cruz — InAtlantic County, New Jersey, a man who prevented two kids from drowning in the Great Egg Harbor River has passed away. The 49-year-old Pablo Hernando Cruz of Mays Landing has been identified. This incident took place in Hamilton Township's Weymouth Furnace County Park. Two kids allegedly went swimming there, which is against the rules. There are several signs warning people not to swim that are posted in both Spanish and English. The kids began to have some trouble in the water, according to the investigators. Cruz is said to have entered at that point to assist them.
