Wisconsin woman charged in drug-fueled crash that killed 4
JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — Police have arrested a Wisconsin woman accused of causing a fatal April crash while intoxicated by a controlled substance. According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, a man and three women were killed in a crash on Highway 12 at East County Line Road in Lima Township on April 13th.
