Students Help With Teacher’s Benefit
PANA — Eva Cervi (left) and Lorelei Beyers (right) hold up signs with Emma Beyers (center) and Amelia Casner (not pictured) for their lemonade stand fundraiser at Old Downs Motor lot in Pana Sunday morning. Throughout the morning, the four girls collected donations, passed out lemonade, sold raffle tickets and baked goods, and cheered as passing cars pulled into the parking lot. The fundraiser was organized by the Sacred Heart Organization of Parents (SHOP) and ran by the students to raise money to help Molly Mosely – known as ‘Miss Molly’ to Sacred Heart students – with medical bills because she had a heart attack while on vacation.
