Week 3 high school football in the Florida Panhandle continues on Friday night, and the Mosley Dolphins will be among the fans checking out scores through our live updates below.

On Thursday, the Dolphins kept their record perfect on a rainy night in Bay County.

For more on the rest of the week's games, check back tonight after results have gone final.

The Dolphins advance to 3-0 for the second consecutive season behind a staunch defense. Edge rusher Raedyn Bruens (Rutgers) led the charge with three sacks and had constant pressure on Raiders quarterback Benjamin Henry.

Inclement weather in the first half forced both teams to favor running the ball, which Mosley did efficiently led by running backs Samuel Chisolm and Lo'Kavion Jackson (Mississippi State). Jackson opened up the scoring with a 22-yard touchdown run and found the end zone twice more.

"We played a style of football tonight that I don't think people thought we could play," Mosley coach Tommy Joe Whiddon said. "We lined up, and played smash-mouth football versus guys who were tough and physical. The starting defense pitched a shutout tonight and did a great job of hemming up their athletic quarterback."

Other defining moments of the defense came from junior Will Arboleda, who blocked a punt and returned a scoop and score, giving the Dolphins a 27-0 lead in the second quarter.

"I love him, he is one of the hardest-working kids in our program, his teammates love him because he works with unbelievable effort every single day," Whiddon said. "His teachers love him, an All-American kid great kid and it is great when you see someone like that who works so hard have that success."

Mosley (3-0) hosts Navarre (0-2) on Sep. 12.
