Tracy Spiridakos’ Pics of Windy City Skyline Has Fans Begging for a ‘Chicago P.D.’ Return

Chicago P.D. fans are already seriously missing Tracy Spiridakos —even though the upcoming season without her has yet to begin airing.

Spiridakos, 36, reminded fans how much they love seeing her in Chicago when she posted some photos from the Windy City on Instagram on Thursday, Aug. 8.

“Hello Chicago, you are beautiful 😍,” the actress wrote in her Instagram caption. She starred in the first photo included in her five-part Instagram carousel, which showed her posing for a selfie with part of the Chicago skyline visible behind her. Additional photos of the city skyline followed, as did a couple of dramatic photos showing sunlight filtering through a cloud-filled sky.

In the couple of months since the NBC police procedural concluded its 11th season, Spiridakos has shared handfuls of photos with fans showing off some of her vacation sights as she visited England and Greece. But with her latest photo dump, many fans felt as though they were seeing her returning home.

“Chicago looks even more amazing with you in it, Tracy! Keep shining in the Windy City! 🌟,” one fan wrote as another agreed, “Chicago summer days looks good on you 😍.”

“Are you back? Maybe you can pop into a few episodes!!😂,” one fan wrote hopefully.

Several Instagram users also left comments telling Spiridakos how much they already miss her.

“Really going to miss you on Chicago PD,” one fan said as another declared they “Miss you on the show already.”

“Come back to Chicago PD pleaseee,” one Instagram user begged.

Spiridakos, who played Detective Hailey Upton on the show for years, first joined Chicago P.D. as a recurring character in Season 4. She joined the main cast in Season 5 but announced last fall that she would be leaving once Season 11 concluded. Her final episode with the main cast aired in late May.
