"Eddie wants to cuddle with Louie so bad..." the text on the screen reads. In the video, Louie, the older brother , is lying on the couch, and right next to him is his little brother Eddie.

Louie's face immediately shows that he's not impressed or happy at the moment. And when you look at Eddie, it makes sense.

It appears the small puppy infringed on Louie's space, taking up the couch area where his head would typically be, hoping that Louie would allow him to cuddle in and enjoy a nap together.

Eddie keeps trying to get closer to Louie and hopes that he can see a sign from Louie that he can nuzzle his face into his chest and take a nap. All the while, little Eddie's tail wags so hard that his whole body buzzes.

"Eddie wants to be the little spoon," the video's caption reads. In the comments, people really felt for Eddie, who really just wanted to cuddle with his fellow Bulldog .

    One wrote, "OMG sooo cute."

Another shared, "He would get all the cuddles with me."

Someone else added, "Awww....I'll snuggle him all day long."

One shared, "Louie. Give Eddie a cuddle."

Another TikTok user assured the dog parent, "He’s going to come around and they will be besties."

How to Help Your Older Dog Bond With Their New Younger Sibling

While it might look like Eddie and Louie don't get along, an adorable bond is formed between the two. We're sure in no time, the two will be the best of friends and will he cuddling in a way both love. But it might take time.

If you're looking to introduce a new puppy to your older dog, there are a few steps you can take to help make the transition as easy as possible for both your senior dog and the new puppy and keep your sanity working, too.

According to Outside , the best method for introducing two dogs other than doing research and soul-searching to find the best dog breed and determine whether you're really ready for another dog (and whether your dog is ready for another dog) is to take things really slow.

An expert they spoke to recommends taking your resident dog and new dog on 'parallel walks,' where the dogs are close enough to smell and observe each other but not interact physically." This means using baby gates and doors to keep the dogs separated for a while but with still the ability to smell each other.
