Noches de Polo to Benefit Wasabi Aftercare Fund
Noches de Polo, an evening of polo, music, and asado, will be held July 12 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Commonwealth Polo Club on Bethlehem Road in Paris, Kentucky with proceeds benefitting the Wasabi Aftercare Fund. Admission is $20 per carload, while asado is $40 per person. Outside of the asado, it is a bring your own food and beverage event with polo played under the lights.

Alexandria native wins singing competition to perform at Red Rocks
Reagan Golden’s biggest gig thus far is the St. Mary’s Parish Festival, but that will change on July 11 when she performs at Red Rocks. Golden started playing the guitar in fourth grade and sang by fifth grade. She said she wrote her first good song at the age of 12. Aside from doing local gigs around Campbell County, Golden didn’t have any large performances on the books until she entered a contest to perform with bluegrass folk band Trampled by Turtles at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado and won.
