Expect lane closures on I-94 in Jackson County
JACKSON COUNTY, MI – Several more closures are coming to eastbound I-94 in Jackson County for paving. The Michigan Department of Transportation will conduct one-lane closures between Calhoun Road and M-60 at 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, through 8 a.m. Saturday, July 27. During this time, MDOT will also close the Michigan Avenue, Parma Road and M-60 entrance ramps to eastbound I-94, officials said.
Dover purchases Marshall Excelsior Co.
Dover acquired Marshall Excelsior Co. (MEC) for $395 million in cash, making MEC part of the OPW Global operating unit within Dover’s Clean Energy & Fueling segment. The acquisition includes all of MEC’s individual brand entities, including BASE Engineering. Dover also acquired the RegO Products brand in 2021.
