Nicole Eggert was seen smiling with her Baywatch co-stars after shaving her head following her breast cancer diagnosis .

The 52-year-old actress attended a press tour in Pasadena on Wednesday to discuss her time on Baywatch as part of the TCA Summer 2024 Press Tour. The talk is part of an ongoing promotional campaign for the new documentary After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun.

Nicole, who was a fan favorite on Baywatch as the character Roberta "Summer" Quinn, appeared at the event just seven months after she was diagnosed with cancer. She looked vastly different from her time on the show after shaving her hair in March.

She underwent a mammogram and three biopsies which resulted in a diagnosis of stage 2 cribriform carcinoma breast cancer. Speaking to Inside Edition about the ordeal, Nicole said: "When I felt it, my heart dropped and I was like oh my god. Nobody could take me, so I walked into every breast care center.

"It’s horrifying because every day and every minute that passes, you know it’s growing." Nicole then opened up about how she felt when the cancer was confirmed.

"My heart dropped, I lost all hearing, everything sank. It’s named invasive cribriform carcinoma. It’s very rare," she explained. She also admitted she "kicked herself" for not doing self examinations.
