Healthy Meals Cooking Classes with Susan Glassman in LaSalle and Bureau Counties
The Illinois Extension is offering a class titled ‘Quick Healthy Meals On-The-Go’ in partnership with local Farm Bureaus. Led by Susan Glassman, the class focuses on preparing fast, healthy meals and includes a hands-on activity to make pickled vegetables.
