PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Pawtucket police are investigating after an 18-year-old man was shot and killed early Wednesday morning.

Officers responding to the area of School and Rosewood streets around 1 a.m. found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released.
