The median home in Woodford County listed for $219,925 in January, down 1.1% from the previous month's $222,450, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows .

Compared to January 2023, the median home list price increased 22.9% from $167,425.

Woodford County's median home was 2,031 square feet, listed at $116 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is up 17.1% from January 2023.

Listings in Woodford County moved briskly, at a median 42 days listed compared to the January national median of 69 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 51 days on the market. Around 22 homes were newly listed on the market in January, a 22.2% increase from 18 new listings in January 2023.
