Pensacola shop owner says child labor law changes allow for more opportunity, inspiration
PENSACOLA, Fla. -- A slew of new laws are now on the books in the Florida, including controversial changes to child labor protections. House Bill 49 removes work-hour restrictions for certain minors 16 and 17 years of age and allows minors to work up to eight hours on certain days of the year.

Several cities announce changes to garbage pick-up due to holiday
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Due to the Independence Day holiday, several area cities have announced changes for residents whose normal garbage collection day is on Thursday. In Mobile, trash and garbage pickup will not run on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The makeup day for garbage is Saturday, July 6. There is no makeup day for trash.
